GOSEI SOGYO CORPORATION(Import My Car) will search for a vehicle that is in line with your requirements and if you wish will bid and purchase the vehicle at auction.

We then arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to the port and all export documentation is completed.

    You give us the details of the vehicle you want.

    You can contact us by phone or email or app.
    Also if you want, you can contact one of our staff in your country and arrange a meeting in person to discuss your exact requirements.
    You would let us know in detail, your model, price range, mileage, colour etc.

    We can advise you of the likely price you will have to pay.

    Advance payment

    You will need to give us 10% of your budget price or ¥ 200,000 in Japanese yen before we start our search.
    Your deposit will be converted into yen and then paid directly to your designated Japanese account through your bank.
    The customer will be responsible for the bank fee etc.

    Search for vehicle

    Once we have confirmed the advance payment, we will search for the vehicle.
    When we have found vehicles that match your requirements we will contact you and explain.

    Bid on vehicle

    After we have contacted you and discussed the vehicles we will bid for you.

  5. 5

    Payment

    When the auction bid is successful, we will contact you and advise the purchase price.
    You then need to pay within 3 days.

    Export procedure

    After we have purchased the vehicle, we will prepare documents, certificates, etc. necessary to export from Japan.
    We will also arrange everything necessary with the customs agent in your country.
    This includes inspection by Japanese authorities to make sure vehicles meet MAF and JEVIC requirements.

    Shipping usually takes about 5 to 6 weeks.

    Contact with local customs brokers

    We have a long-standing relationship with the customs agents in your country.
    When the ship leaves Japan we courier all documents to your customs agent.
    You will be advised by them when the vehicle arrives.
